We reserve the right to deny any credit card/PayPal
payment and only ship to the address of record on
your account. No credit card payments on specials/
discounted/sale items without prior approval.
*SHIPPING INFO
We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx (US)
or via USPS (international).
If your package arrives damaged, please save all
packing materials and email us immediately for
instructions. We make every attempt to accomodate
your delivery need, but do not guarranty delivery dates
as this is beyond our control.
*FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free US shipping on all retail sales above $100
if payment is made by check, money order or cash
equivalent. We do not offer free shipping on sale,
consignment and closeout items and must charge
shipping / handling on credit card & PayPal orders
due to the delivery confirmation requirements imposed
by these merchant services. Feel free to email your
shipping address and carrier preference for a quote.
*SALES TAX INFO
New York State sales tax is charged on all New York
deliveries. No sales tax is charged on items shipped
outside New York State.
*CUSTOMS INFO
All US Customs forms are filled out for international
shipments.
*RETURN POLICY
You must email prior to returning any item for a
return authorization. Items must be returned in
original, unmarked, undamaged condition with the
original packing materials. Items damaged by your
choice of return shipper will not be accepted so
please insure all returned items against loss or
damage for your own protection. Shipping fees are
not refundable. If you return items purchased using
a PayPal payment, the PayPal fee is not refunded.
Wire transfer, Western Union, money order or any
other bank fee is not refundable.
*NO RETURN POLICY
Auction items are not returnable unless stated in
the auction description. Special/dropship orders
are not returnable. New items in sealed packaging
are not returnable if the seal is broken (includes
removal of plastic flyrod grip protector). New items
must be returned within 7 days from the delivery and
are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Used / demo
items purchased "on approval" must be returned within
3 days from the date of delivery (no restocking charge).
*FREE SHIPPING REFUND POLICY
When you return items purchased with "Free Shipping",
your refund will be minus the cost of shipping. If we
make a mistake on your order, we pay the shipping
both ways if you return the item(s).
*EXCHANGE POLICY
You must email prior to exchanging any item for a
return authorization. Items must be returned in
original, unmarked, undamaged condition with the
original packing materials. Items damaged by your
choice of return shipper will not be accepted so
please insure all returned items against loss or
damage for your own protection. Shipping fees are
not refundable and an additional shipping charge
will be due to reship your replacement item. New
items must be returned for exchange within 7 days
from the delivery and used / demo items purchased
"on approval" must be returned for exchange within
3 days from the date of delivery.
*ORDERING INFORMATION
All orders are placed and confirmed via email. We
have been in business online for over 6 years and
nearly every order requires personalized attention.
This is impossible with an automated shopping cart.
You will deal with a live person with over 40 years
fishing experience when you deal with Fly Supplies.
Ask as many questions as you like. Advice is free.
*SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders (bamboo rods, custom reels, etc)
require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Please ask
for estimated delivery time for the item of interest.
*WARRANTY INFO
Some items carry a manufacturer's limited or lifetime
warranty. All claims are handled by the respective
manufacturer. We will assist in this process whenever
possible only for items purchased from Fly Supplies.
The functioning of any product is governed by the
manufacturer's warranty. Fly Supplies does not assume
any responsibility for products manufactured by other
companies. All warranties expressed or implied are
the individual manufacturer's responsibility, and are
enforced by them.
*REPAIR SERVICE
We offer repair service on items not covered by, or
beyond the warranty period. This includes flyrods
and reels. Email for info on your specific repair
need.
*APPRAISAL SERVICE
We offer a written appraisal service on items for
insurance/replacement purposes. Email for fees/info.
*TRADE IN POLICY
We accept trades towards new merchandise. All trades
and trade-in credit is subject to our inspection and
approval. You are responsible for all shipping costs
of trade in items. We will supply an initial estimated
trade-in value if requested based on your description.
A final trade-in value will be emailed after inspection
and testing of the item.
*CONSIGNMENT POLICY
We accept consignment items for resale. All items
to be consigned are subject to our inspection and
approval. You are responsible for all shipping costs
of consignment items (not including shipping to the
new owner). Please email a complete description of
your item(s) and request our fee schedule/estimate
of value. We never sell your consigned item without
your final approval.
*PURCHASE POLICY
We purchase your used items and whole collections for
resale. All items to be purchased are subject to our
inspection and approval. You are responsible for all
shipping costs of your items unless we purchase them
in which case we reimburse the shipping cost. Please
email a description of your item(s) and asking price.
